Studies included practicing self-actualization and self-regulation to improve ability in effectively communicating in both one-on-one and public speaking.

Time is the biggest uncontrollable factor in life and business, which is why time management and project management is covered in depth. Therefore, our cohort was deliberate in practicing time management because we are taught that is the only way to become an effective leader.
